Total amount of priority investment projects of the city reached 306,3 billion rubles

In the congress hall of the Don state technical university the next meeting of Council for investments at the head of administration of Rostov took place.

In the Don capital work on creation of the List of investment projects is continued. According to the deputy head of administration concerning economy Sergey Razdorsky, three projects are already realized. It is the 1st turn of a housing estate of "Voyenved-City" on Taganrogskaya Street, the organization of a complex of coloring and drying of agricultural machinery and construction of the covered ice complex in Skazka park.

At the same time, the decision on an exception of the list of priority investment projects of a complex of hotels "Vremena Goda" on Nizhnebulvarna Street is made.

The section "Investments of Rostov" is added with 5 new projects: the low housing complex "Three Squares" in the territory of the former airfield of "DOSAAF", hotel complex of the category "4 stars" to the address Bogatyanovsky descent, 31, a multystoried house of the increased comfort on Stachki Avenue, 183, the trade and service center for sale and maintenance of Toyota and Mercedes cars in Sovetsky district. Their total amount is 3,2 billion rubles.

4 projects for the sum about 1 billion rubles added the section "Territory of GROWTH".

The List of priority investment projects of Rostov-on-Don also included the project on construction of a 19-storeyed house to the address of Semashko Lane, 118/260. The initiator – JSC AYS-Sport. The volume of investment - more than 500 million rubles. Now the device of a base plate of the basis and construction of the first level of a parking is carried out.
