In Rostov the course of bases of business for women is started

At the Higher school of business of the Southern federal university the new free course in business bases for women began. The course will pass within the social Mother businessman project

About 50 inhabitants of Rostov became participants of a business course which will last until the end of December: the women who are in holiday on care of children, mothers of preschool children and mothers having many children.

According to Amway Russia supporting a course in Rostov-on-Don training in business for women will be organized for the first time. Occupations include bases of business planning, ethics of business communication, self-management, the Russian speech for business communication, the account and the taxation, marketing and leadership which will help participants to begin own business in any sphere and to work according to own schedule.

Besides training the project includes competition of business plans which first prize is the grant of 200 thousand rubles on a startup.

Training of "mothers businessmen" began with lecture about leadership. The course will last two and a half months during which participants will attend lectures, seminars and to meet successful businesswomen of the city, recently too started from scratch. In December competition of business plans will take place.

The project manager in Rostov-on-Don Zhanna Chernova shared experience of participants of last years who already successfully realized the business ideas: "The free course which we offer young women, is directed, first of all, on removal of psychological barriers and an initial enterprise educational program. Within a course of the schoolgirl learn not only the theory, but also in practice will try to realize the ideas".

The Mother businessman project is carried out since 2013 in cooperation with the leading higher education institutions in the large cities of Russia (Moscow, Novosibirsk, Yekaterinburg, etc.).
