To the FIFA World Cup of 2018 in Rostov 3 more new hotels will open

On December 23 in the congress hall of the Don state technical university the last took place this year a meeting of Council for investments under the chairmanship of the head of administration of the city Sergey Gorban.

Summing up the results of activity of Council for 2015, Sergey Gorban noted that is happy with the reached results. From January to September the volume of investment into a city economy made 52,5 billion rubles. Over 63% of this sum fall to the share of large and medium-sized enterprises. Since the beginning of year they mastered 33,1 billion rubles.

According to the director of the department of economy Svetlana Kambulova, in a year Council considered 15 large investment projects. A lot of work is carried out also by regional administrations. At everyone the working group which is engaged in support of investment projects is created. In total 118 meetings were organized.

Now 3 projects are excluded from the List in connection with completion of realization. This construction of the third residential district in "Leventsovka", multifunctional shopping center "METRO", increase in capacities of Klever plant.

Instead of lost, the section "Investments of Rostov" can be replenished with two new projects: construction of a multystoried house on Veresayev Street and the housing Donskoy complex.

As a result, according to the director of the department of economy, in the List of priority investment projects of Rostov 138 projects for the total amount of 308,6 billion rubles will be registered.

25 projects and business offerings are on support of administration of Leninsky district today. Their total amount – 53,8 billion rubles.

Also within a meeting of Council questions of realization the 3-ekh of the projects connected with construction in the territory of the city to the FIFA World Cup of new hotels were considered.
