The Boutique Hotel “39” was opened on Wednesday, June 6, in the historic centre of Rostov-on-Don City, at Shaumyana Street, 39.
The honoured guests featured the opening ceremony, among them were Yuriy Molodchenko, Deputy Governor of the Rostov Region, Vitaliy Kushnarev, Head of the Rostov-on-Don City Administration, Dmitriy Chernyshov, Deputy Mayor for Economics. and, of course, the project initiator – Viacheslav Gorobchenko, investor and co-owner of the Boutique Hotel “39”.
The construction of 7-storied building of the Boutique Hotel “39” was performed over the period 2017 to 2018. This construction project was included into the List of priority investment projects “100 Governor's investment projects”.
The Boutique Hotel “39” also comprises a conference hall which can be transformed by means of relocatable partition walls into 2 medium or 4 small conference areas, and a parking lot for 12 cars. The hotel complex is adapted for people with limited mobility. In the hotel, there are 2 rooms designed for this category of people.
The total investment costs amounted to 300 million roubles. The project was financed at the expense of own and borrowed funds of the project initiator. In the course of the project implementation, 50 new work positions have been created.
Appealing to the guests of the event, Head of the Rostov-on-Don City Administration emphasized that the construction of the Boutique Hotel “39” was a successful example of renovation of the historical part of the city, and that it would be required to develop this experience further.
