Deputy Head of the City Administration for Economics, Dmitriy Chernyshov, paid a visit to Aston, JSC – one of the largest Russian manufacturer of food products, food ingredients, and feed components.
It is worth noting that the enterprise invests extensive resources in the development of agriculture and food-manufacturing industry of Russia. To increase the volume of products output and advance the energy efficiency of manufacturing, the company works on the launch of new production facilities and technological solutions.
Being the first largest exporter of vegetable oils, the company managed to arrange the export of manufacturing to more than 35 countries.
During the working trip, Dmitriy Chernyshov inspected the territory of the enterprise, marine terminal, and granary. In an on-site laboratory, he was demonstrated the process of evaluation of quality of the delivered grain. He discussed with the management an economic situation at the enterprise, prospects of its development, and communicated to personnel as well.
According to Acting Director-General of Aston, JSC, Ruslan Menshov, the company fulfils all social obligations on labour remuneration and employee engagement, pays competitive salaries and these are about 50 thousand roubles per month, and has no debts.
Dmitriy Chernyshov, in his turn, gave a positive assessment of Aston, JSC activity, and noted that it may serve as a model, for other enterprises, of effective investment allocation and good labour management.
