Dmitry Chernyshov, the Deputy Head of the City Administration for Economics Affairs, within the working visit framework visited the construction site of an investment project Nail Design Training Center of Ekaterina Miroshnichenko.
Under the project, a nine-storey building of total area over 2,000 sq.m.is constructed at the Palace of Sports district. Primarily, it is planned to locate a training center there.
As Nikolay Miroshnichenko, a representative of the investor noted classrooms and lecture rooms of the training center, an expendable materials shop, would occupy the first four floors and a café would be located there as well. Fifth-seventh floors would be reserved for office premises, a show room, the head office and a conference hall. The last floors would be for a show room, private art studio of nail designer Ekaterina Miroshnichenko and a professional photo studio.
The project is to be completed by the fourth quarter this year.
Today, nine floors are completely erected, the roof is being installed. Windows are installed from on first to eighth floors. All communication networks are connected and laid in the building. Interior finishing works are completed on the first four floors.
Dmitry Chernyshov, the Deputy Head of the City Administration for Economics Affairs, noted on a unique character of the project.
‘It is a non-ordinary business project. Everything is created step-by-step here – both training center, product, and brand in whole; and the brand is well known not only in our city but far outside our country. I am sure any replicas of such an unparalleled training center in the South of Russia are unlikely to appear in the nearest future.’
