The opening of a new environmentally friendly plant for the production of asphalt concrete ECO 3000 was held in the Don capital.
Roman Voloshin, the head of the Kirovsky District Administration, took part in the solemn event.
“This is an important event for the entire city. Similar projects in Rostov have not yet been launched. The EKO 3000 plant is one of the city’s investment projects”, noted Roman Voloshin. “This plant is simply necessary for the city during the preparation of the street and road network for the 2018 World Cup. In addition, ECO 3000 created 11 jobs.
As it was noted, due to its compact size, the plant has an impressive performance – it is capable of producing 240 tons of asphalt concrete per hour.
This plant is modern and environmentally friendly. Due to improved filters, air emissions are significantly lower than normal. In addition, it operates in an energy-saving mode. Another feature of this plant is that it is quickly erectable. Within a short time, it can be disassembled and installed elsewhere.
This plant produces all existing types of asphalt concrete mixture.
Thermal insulation of heated elements is an example of low energy consumption – it contributes to environmental protection and work safety, and also increases economic efficiency.
