Currently, the issue of switching to Russian SOFTWARE within the framework of "import substitution" is constantly discussed. The problem is certainly relevant, since it makes Russia independent from possible international sanctions. Currently, there are quite a large number of regulatory documents regulating the purchase of software for state and municipal needs.

While import substitution issues were declarative in 2014, the Russian SOFTWARE registry currently contains more than 6000 items. The most popular Russian it solutions are primarily Kaspersky Lab, 1C, Astra Linux, Acronis CommuniGate Pro, CryptoPro.

Thus, by now there are already very noticeable alternatives to foreign SOFTWARE. The share of domestic SOFTWARE in state authorities and budget institutions is approaching 50% by the end of 2019. According to forecasts of the Ministry of communications of the Russian Federation, by 2024, state-owned companies will already buy up to 70% of Russian software, and authorities — up to 90%.

One of the leaders in Russian SOFTWARE development, Astra Linux, will be presented at the online conference.
