‘Rostov-Arena’ stadium facade is half-ready

Works on the ‘Rostov-Arena’ stadium facade arrangement, being built for the FIFA World Cup 2018, are completed by 50%. This was reported by the Deputy Governor of the Rostov region, Sergei Sidash. Total about 20 thousand square meters will be mounted.

Reinforced concrete works, installing of the roof steel structures, as well as making of polymer roofing from the Ferrari membrane are completed fully.

The roof membrane abutments (ends) and rainwater drainage are being constructed.

With the advance of terms, the tribunes are being constructed, inside the building the suspended ceilings are being mounted, ceramic tiles are being laid, elevators, escalators, and doors are mounted, stained-glass windows and window blocks are installed.

The football field padding with the sand is completed at the ‘Rostov-Arena’. This is the pre-final stage of the field arrangement. Let us recall, the football field resembles a ‘layered pie’ in the section. The next layer after the sand is the soil, then the grass cover goes. To date, the field construction readiness is 80%.

The installation of monolithic structures for the stadium future ticket offices is completed by 98%, external and internal finishing works are completed by 70%.
