On June 2, the Rostov “TAVR” sausage factory confirmed the quality of its products. The certificate of awarding the mark of the voluntary certification system “Made In Donland” was presented by the head of the Department for the Consumer Market of Rostov Region Irina Telarova, wishing the management of the enterprise to increase production scope and expand the geography of sales.
Dmitry Chernyshov, the Deputy Head of the City Administration, and Svetlana Kambulova, the Director of the City Department of Economics, also joined the congratulations.
“Tavr sausage factory exists since 1908 and today, it is the leading enterprise of meat processing industry of the south of Russia. The Made In Donland mark once again confirms the fact that your products are not only in demand among consumers, but also of high quality,” said Dmitry Chernyshov, the Deputy Head of the City Administration for Economic Affairs.
It should be recalled that in 2013 TAVR was one of the first to be awarded the honorable mark “Made In Donland” – an indicator of strict compliance with Russian and international quality standards.
Voluntary certification establishes high quality requirements and indicators in relation to the current legislation, and also gives a competitive advantage in strengthening the credibility of the Don certified enterprises.
In Rostov-on-Don, such well-known enterprises of the food and processing industry as Polar Bear, LLC, MEZ Yug Rusi, LLC, Khlebozavod Yug Rusi, LLC and Aqua-Don, LLC as well as others have passed voluntary certification.
