“We pay great attention to control of production at all stages. Dough and finished products pass through metal detectors three times, and after baking the cookies are checked for a number of parameters: for smell, taste, friability and appearance,” commented Elena Movsesyan. The objective of Donskoy Confectioner, LLC, as well as of the entire company, is to produce safe, high-quality, and delicious sugar cookies.

Then, the syrup section, the preparation section and the production section were inspected. In the summer of 2016, the enterprise underwent the upgrade of production equipment – the entire process line was rebuilt. The old cooling conveyor was replaced with a new one – a spiral, which as a result allowed increasing the cooling time and significantly improving the quality of the products.
