Vitaly Kushnarev, the Head of Rostov-on-Don City Administration, shared with journalists at Interfax-Yug Information Agency which projects were planned for implementation.
Thus, this year, it is planned to complete the following investment and construction projects – BENAMAR Hotel and SPA located at 12/42 Chentsov St, Boutique Hotel 39 located at Shaumyan St and PARK Cinema and Shopping Mall located at 19A/28Zh Kosmonavtov St.
Moreover, the following residential construction projects are to be completed this year as well, namely: Aquamarine Residential Estate located at 51/1B Beregovaya St, Vdokhnovenie (Inspiration) Residential Estate and Residential Estate at 14B Sedov St.
‘In June 2018, assessment of capital investment indicator in 2018 will be held taking into account data of enterprises in Rostov-on-Don. In any case, we have got reserves to forecast a larger scope of investment compared to 2017,’ Vitaly Kushnarev said.
The Head of City Administration also added that during 2018 they would continue implementing other large-scale investment projects to be realized by enterprises in housing and infrastructure sector, and in construction area as well.
