In the Myasnikovsky District of the Rostov Region, the Polar Bear company will invest 200 million rubles in the modernization of its curd production capacities.
As part of the modernization of the existing production, an automated line of a closed type will be built, which will make it possible to obtain types of cottage cheese of different fat content and consistency. The launch of the new line will double the daily productivity of the enterprise, from 20 to 40 tons of curd products. It is important to note that now the company produces up to 20 tons of cottage cheese per day at production sites located in the Rostov Region and Krasnodar Territory, and after modernization of production, the main share of the output will be in the Don region.
In the Rostov Region, Polar Bear will upgrade and launch a new line as part of a large-scale investment project for the production of dairy products. The total investment will be about 1 billion rubles, and since 2012 the company has already invested more than 500 million rubles in the development of production.
