On July 15, the first seminar in support of the Smart Startup competition was held at the Boiling Point of the Russian State University of Economics (RINH).
Irina Dubovtseva, member of the guild of marketers of Russia, delivered a lecture: «In length or width — possible ways of scaling a business».
During the seminar, Irina Dubovtseva, using the example of the Perekrestok company, spoke about the creation of a strategy for the development of a business ecosystem. The lecture highlighted the main criteria for a sustainable business development strategy, the principles of building sales channels for products, as well as ways to expand the audience of consumers without changing the main line of business.
At the end of the lecture, the listener was offered a practical method that allows you to determine the most relevant areas of business development and form the main steps to achieve the set goals. Irina Dubovtseva noted that in order to understand where to move further in business development, it is necessary to understand what you are giving to the consumer at the moment and what you want to give to the client tomorrow. In the final part of the seminar, Irina Dubovtseva answered the questions of the audience.
