A meeting of the Investment Council under the Head of the City Administration chaired by the First Deputy Mayor, Aleksey Logvinenko, took place.
During the year 2018, 114.2 billion roubles (106.7 billion roubles in 2017) were allocated to the fixed assets by the full range of enterprises and organizations of Rostov-on-Don. Up to the corresponding period of the last year, the growth rate was 107%, the index of the actual volume was 104.7%. About 67% of the cumulative investment – 76.2 billion roubles (73 billion roubles in 2017) was disbursed by large and medium organizations. Head of the Oktiabrskiy District, Yuriy Zolotarev, notified attendees about the investment potential of the Oktiabrskiy City District. 11.7 billion roubles were allocated to the fixed assets of the district. The growth rate compared to the same period of the last year was 101.8% (11.5 billion roubles in 2017).
As of 01/03/2019, 17 projects and business proposals totalling 37.5 billion roubles, including 4 investment projects, which are included in the “List of investment projects of Rostov-on-Don” totalling 36.8 billion roubles, were implemented in the district.
The project “Improvement of the Chadr Wash” in the residential district “Suvorovskiy” was placed on the agenda. Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC “Rostovskoye”, Nikolay Britvin, noted that sports park complex “Chadr” comprising sports facilities for both for classical sports and extreme sports, such as “Mountain bike “Cross-country”, “Bicycle. Series of BMX and MTB Trails”, “Running Bike”, centre and school of rock-climbing, rope and skate parks, will be created in the territory before the year 2023.
At the source of the Temernik River, a system comprising three lakes, four dikes, tiled pavement, landscaped surrounding area, administrative and hotel unit, multi-level parking, and charging plants for electric vehicles, will be constructed. The cumulative investment will amount to 934 million roubles and it will allow the creation of about 500 job positions.
Deputy Head of the City Administration for Economics, Svetlana Kambulova, proposed to amend the “List of investment projects of Rostov-on-Don”: exclude 3 projects due to their completion and remove them to the register of completed projects, add 4 new projects totalling 12.9 billion roubles (“Construction of the residential complex “City near the river” at the address: 54, 23rd Liniya”, “Construction of the two-storeyed trade centre at the address: 23, Sivers Ave.”, “Construction of the residential complex “Sky Park” at the address: 83, Nansen St.”, “Construction of the residential complex “Sokol na Oganova”.
With regard to mentioned amendments, the “List of investment projects of Rostov-on-Don” will include 71 projects totalling 258,3 billion roubles.
