Vitaly Kushnaryov, the Head of the Rostov-on-Don City Administration, has held a meeting with the representatives of the Japanese company Unika and of its Russian partner, the Construction Invesments Company "Development-Yug", Ltd.
When opening the meeting, Vitaly Kushnaryov thanked his Japanese colleagues for their interest in the Don capital, as a city with good prospects for long-term development.
Isodzaki Motohuko, the Unika Company President, has noted that Rostov-on-Don is of great interest to the company, along with those cities in Russia where Unika has already implemented its projects, in particular, in Izhevsk, Perm and Nizhny Novgorod.
The Unika Company President said, "There is a good investment climate in your city, there are areas on its territory where you can implement bold town-planning projects that will undoubtedly adorn the city, make it even more attractive."
In turn, Sergei Ivanov, the President of the Construction Invesments Company "Development-Yug", Ltd. said that he has been working with Japanese colleagues for many years and considers Unika to be one of the reliable and successful development services on the market.
Vitaly Kushnaryov has thanked the guests for their attention to our city and readiness for long-term cooperation, noting that the City Administration is interested in such reputable investors as the Japanese company Unika and will render all possible assistance in implementing projects of interest to Rostov.
The Parties have agreed to hold the second meeting in autumn 2018, during which they will discuss specific projects in the field of integrated housing construction in the Don Capital promising areas.
