When building new Residential developments, special attention should be paid to social facilities

Vitaly Kushnaryov, the Head of the Rostov-on-Don City Administration, has visited the construction site of the modern Residential development "Nord", which is being built in the Northern residential area of the Rostov-on-Don City, along Orbitalnaya Street. The project is included in the List of investment projects of the Rostov-on-Don City.

The Head of the City Administration has inspected the examples of decorating apartments in new houses, assessed the quality of the housing being built.

It should be noted that the developer, in the face of the PIK GC, plans to build 16 multi-storey houses with a total area of more than 200 thousand square meters within the framework of this project implementation.

At present, four houses with a total area of more than 78 thousand square meters have been completed and put into operation, and three more houses are being prepared for the commissioning. In the course of the construction implementation of the Residential development "Nord", the investor follows the principle of the territory-integrated development, in which, along with housing, the necessary social infrastructure is created.

In particular, it is planned to place a children's and adult polyclinic in the territory of the Residential development to meet the needs of the Northern residential area residents, and also consider the opportunity to arrange the park on an area of about 6 hectares, to install small architectural forms, as well as children's playgrounds.

During the inspection of the Residential development "Nord" territory, Vitaly Kushnaryov noted, "When constructing such large complexes, the issues of improvement require special attention. The modern building involves the creation of a comfortable living environment, green areas and recreational areas, as well as the arrangement of parking for vehicles. These requirements are now mandatory for all developers."
