On may 21, Rostov-on-don hosted the third, penultimate, project session in preparation for the Rostov-on-Don competition.
During this project session, participants of the it community of the region, youth associations, and non-profit organizations discussed the possibility of implementing digital technologies in the sphere of youth policy in the Rostov region. This includes improving existing and creating new systems and algorithms aimed at improving the quality of youth policy, as well as developing online services, applications, and portals for the interaction of youth organizations and the development of volunteer activities.
- The potential target audience of our programs and projects is about 1 million people, namely, the youth of the region. In the Rostov region, the strategic initiative "don young – region of self-realization"is being implemented. Launched the first version of the information platform DEMOLOGOS.RF - a single point of Assembly of everything that is" interesting + useful " for young people. Now the services need to be improved. It is important for us to exchange data, monitor the state of the sphere and launch new products based on this feedback. All this requires optimal technical solutions – - said the Chairman of the Committee on youth policy of the Rostov region Yuri Leskin.
The development of digital solutions for certain services will be a challenge for the participants of the Rostov-on-Home competition. The first two sessions were devoted to issues of culture and education, social support and employment of the population.
- At the initiative of the Governor of the Rostov region Vasily Golubev, preparations are underway for the launch of the digital solutions competition "Rostov-at-Home". We invite interested young it professionals interested in implementing their projects in the system of state authorities of the Rostov region to participate,-said Kirill Dyachkin, Deputy Minister of information technology and communications of the region. - the Final online session of the preparatory stage will be held on may 28.
A series of online discussions on specific topics related to the issues of digitalization and development of online services is a preliminary stage that precedes the main events of the competition. At the end of the cycle of four project sessions, in early June, a menu of projects will be determined, the development of digital solutions for which will be the task of the contest participants. In addition, the regulations will be published and the operator of the competition will be determined. The competition itself is planned to be held from June to August this year.
